HOW DO I PAIR THE TRACKER TO MY PHONE?

Your tracker is paired to your phone via bluetooth. To pair your tracker to your phone, simply tap the connect button on the hive app and hold the tracker close to your phone. The tracker should connect automatically.

WHAT CAN I PUT MY HIVE TRACKER ON?

We suggest attaching your tracker to items you carry around during the day. These would include items such as wallets, keys, earbuds, laptops, etc.

HOW SHOULD I MAKE SURE MY TRACKER DOESN'T RUN OUT OF BATTERY?

We have made the tracker rechargeable. Each individual tracker should have a battery strength displayed within the hive app. To avoid your tracker running out of battery, recharge/replace batteries for your tracker when the battery is low.
